There’s a time for being light-hearted and sharing useful tips and there’s a time for getting serious and laying down hard facts.
Yup, you guessed it. Today is that day.
It’s 31st March, which means the first quarter of 2016 has been and gone.
For the Brits in the room, we are days away from the end of the tax year.
It’s one of those times that reality tends to hit.
Now and those times when you’ve got overheads to be paid and you have no idea if you’re going to make enough between now and when they’re due.
We really don’t want to get to that point.
Some of you have hit or surpassed your goals for this quarter.
Give yourself a pat on the back on get on your way.

Some of it is out of your hands.
Competition digging into the market share. Facebook’s algorithm slicing reach.
The problem is, too many of you get hooked on the idea of it ALL being out of your hands.
Using those uncontrollable elements to excuse yourself from not taking control of the situation.
Keep making those excuses and your business will fold.
Only a matter of time.
